West Cumbria Canoe Club

West Cumbria Canoe Club is open to anyone who canoes or kayaks, and anyone who is new to the sport and would like to have a go.

We welcome canoeists and kayakers of all types and of all abilities. Our members enjoy anything that involves “messing about in boats”… including white water kayaking and canoeing, sea kayaking, canoe touring and camping, racing, and pottering about on lakes.

We meet every Wednesday evening – at Derwent Water Marina during the summer and at Keswick Leisure Pool in the winter. West Cumbria Canoe Club

Lakeland Rowing Club

We are a small but friendly rowing club affiliated to British Rowing. We have two bases, our North Lakes base at Derwent Water Marina, and our South Lakes base at Fell Foot Park on Windemere. We have an active membership base which is growing nicely with our Learn to Row (sculling) courses aimed at beginners of all ages and rowers returning to the sport.

We welcome ALL guests and visiting Clubs who we encourage to visit our waters for training camp weekends. We now have 4 British Rowing qualified Instructors and Coaches. Please come and join us for a row!! Lakeland Rowing Club
