Located in the picturesque village of Portinscale and ideally placed for watersports, walking and biking our lakeside apartments have stunning views over Derwent Water and the surrounding fells. Keswick is just a 20 minute walk away and has a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. We still have some availability in our Studio apartments for 2 and in our family apartment for 6 in February, March and April – including February half term break and Easter holidays. Family Apartment – Sleeps 6

The apartment consists of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms one of which has an en-suite shower room and wc facilities. There is also a family bathroom which has a large corner bath, overhead shower, basin and WC. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen-diner with seating for 6 around the table, and a spacious lounge with stunning views over the lake for those relaxing moments at the end of the day. There is a patio area to the front of the apartment where you can sit out and relax, when the weather permits.

Studio Apartments – Sleep 2

Both our twin bed and king size bed studios are of an open-plan design with a well-equipped kitchenette, dining / sitting area and separate modern shower room.

Each studio also has small patio area with table and chairs overlooking the marina and lake.
